Inside Story Carpet One has been a local family owned and operated flooring dealer since 1984. Inside Story originally opened its doors at 5th and Grand by Harland Jacob and son, Mike Jacob. Harland and his wife, Ruthie, have been longtime residents of Grand Junction and have raised 4 children here.

Their son, Mike Jacob, took the position as President in 1997 and is the current owner/operator. Mike and his wife, Wreadith, have two children and three grandchildren and are active members of their church and the community.

Inside Story Carpet One serves Grand Junction and the surrounding area with a wide variety of flooring coverings and services. They provide exceptional, personal customer service. Inside Story joined Carpet One in 2000, which is the largest floor covering network in the world. This allows them to access the very best pricing and selections available.
