A little bit about us:
PrimeCare Medical Transport, LLC., is a Limited Liability Corporation of the State of DE specializing in ambulance transportation. We are a local family run operation currently in our 12th year of service to Kent and Sussex Counties expanding to the New Castle area. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to facilities and the private patient. Our main office is on Milford-Harrington Hwy., in Milford DE. We also have a satellite office in Dover, DE. Our office staff is available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We have a supervisor on call at all times if needed. We utilize an answering service for after hours. We have approximately 40 DE certified EMT’s and/or NREMT’s and/or drivers. All employees must have their Emergency Vehicle Operator safety training course. They must submit to drug screening, motor vehicle review and back ground checks. PrimeCare Medical Transports, LLC. employees will always be in uniform and wear picture ID badges.
Services Provided: BLS, ALS, SCT ambulance transports & Wheelchair transports.
PrimeCare Medical Transport, LLC. offers routine BLS, ALS, SCT transports for hospitals, medical facilities and the private patient to nursing homes, dialysis centers, cancer centers, Doctor offices and other healthcare facilities. We will also do long distance transports and ambulance standbys at your special events. We do 911 emergency services by contract. We also offer door to door wheelchair transports for patients who do not require medical care but still may need assistance to their medical appointment.
Equipment and billing services:
Our fleet consist of 5 Type II van ambulances & 4 Type III box ambulances and 5 wheelchair vans. All vehicles are equipped to the standards required by state of DE for BLS & ALS transports. All vehicles are inspected and registered in the state of DE. All vehicles are equipped with radios for contact with our office or facilities if needed. We have GPS systems in all vehicles for navigation purposes. We are insured for the appropriate state requirements for Liability, Professional, & Automobile insurance. We are contracted with our current billing system, Amazon, by Sweet, which allows us to bill Medicare, Medicaid, insurance companies and private patients professionally and in a consistent and timely manner.
