John Goodman is a long time resident of the State of Florida. He owned and operated a successful Sub-Contracting Company for 20 years which served the commercial and residential markets of Boca Raton.
He then took his business skills became a Broker/Associate and joined Godfrey and Associates where he specialized in Commercial and Industrial sales of improved properties and Vacant Land.
In the early eighties he migrated to St. Lucie County and placed his license with Hoyt C. Murphy, Inc. In 1992 he formed the Commercial Property Management and Leasing Division for Hoyt C. Murphy as its manager a position he holds currently. John’s vast experience in the Commercial/ Industrial Market place covering sales, leasing and property management affords the client full service representation.
