Estate Litigation

Over the years, David has represented many clients involved in estate litigation. These include executors or administrators (who are either bringing or defending claims), heirs and beneficiaries and their sureties/bonds. Due to a conflict of interest, David does not take cases for the Probate Court of Whitfield County.

Commercial Litigation

David's commercial cases involve disputes between business associates or disputes between different business entities. Most of these disputes arise out of contract, but they also include statutory obligations, torts, and equity.


Medical Malpractice

David only takes medical malpractice cases if the doctor's or hospital's actions are guilty of gross negligence and the case does not involve a local doctor or hospital.

Civil Rights

On a highly selective basis, David will take cases for violation of civil rights by governmental entities including law enforcement.

Products Liability

On a highly selective basis, David will take personal injury cases arising from defective products.
