TUTTLE, VEDRAL & COLLINS, P.C. is a general practice law firm which has been located in Des Plaines, Illinois for over 50 years and was founded in 1954. The firm currently consists of two partners, namely, Barry G. Collins and William D. Vedral.

BARRY G. COLLINS was born June 12, 1942, in De Ridder, Louisiana and moved to Des Plaines, Illinois in 1947 where he has lived or worked since. He is a graduate of the Des Plaines and Maine Township Public Schools, graduated from Lawrence College in Appleton, Wisconsin in 1960 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts, and graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1967, with a Juris Doctorate Degree. He was a litigator for ten years with a Chicago Loop litigation firm and joined Tuttle, Vedral & Collins, P.C. as a partner January 1, 1978. He is a member of the Chicago and State of Illinois Bar Associations and is currently Vice Chairperson of the Des Plaines Economic Development Commission.

WILLIAM D. VEDRAL was born October 20, 1943, in Berwyn, Illinois and moved to Downers Grove, Illinois in 1948. He is a graduate of Lemont Township High School and attended Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois before transferring to the University of Illinois in Champaign. After graduation from the University of Illinois in 1965, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, he attended the University of Illinois Law School in Champaign where he graduated in 1968, with a Juris Doctorate Degree. After law school, he served two (2) years in the U.S. Army as an artillery officer in Germany. After military service in 1970, he joined Milton H. Tuttle in the practice of law and has lived in Des Plaines, Illinois since 1970. On January 1, 1978, the law firm was joined by Barry G. Collins to become Tuttle, Vedral & Collins P.C. In the past, he was on the governing board of Holy Family Hospital, a director of PlainsBank of Illinois and Mount Prospect National Bank, a trustee of the Des Plaines Public Library and a director of Des Plaines United Way. He is currently a director of Des Plaines Crimestoppers.
