Dr John DuPlessis, Jr. grew up in Elizabethtown graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He completed orthodontic residency at St. Louis University Department of Orthodontics, one of the leading orthodontic programs globally. Dr DuPlessis is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and regularly attends continuing education courses beyond the requirements.

His devoted and skilled staff of eleven has worked with him alone for over one hundred combined years of experience.

Specializing in non-intrusive braces for children and adults, nearly all braces are small and painlessly applied without the need for spacers or bands. About fifteen percent of younger children need early treatment to avoid tooth and gum damage or to prevent the need for jaw surgery later.
