About Our Managing Partner
Lisa A Felts, the managing partner, has experience in controllership and financial management services for privately owned businesses and trusts. This includes the preparation of custom management financial reports and the supervision of bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash disbursements, and cash receipts, including a review of documentation for compliance with the company’s budgets and policies. She has experience in forensic accounting, the reconstruction of company books.
Ms. Felts has experience in income tax planning and preparation and tax
resolution assistance through correspondence and audit representation with
the Internal Revenue Service and the State of Maryland.
Ms. Felts has 30 years of financial reporting and income tax return preparation experience.
Ms. Felts is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Maryland
and an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service to represent the taxpayer. She earned a BA in economics and a BS in accounting from University of Maryland at College Park. She is an active member of the Maryland Association of CPAs. She is a graduate of Shore Leadership, a Rotary Foundation Paul Harris Fellow, and Treasurer of Pets on Wheels of Delmarva Inc.
