A Little Bit About Our Business

Terry Wetzel started the company in 1977 as “Terry L. Wetzel Builder”. For 21 years he was building and remodeling homes for local areas. In 1998 Terry’s oldest son, Travis, joined the company and HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning) was added. Plumbing was introduced to the company in 1999 when Terry’s youngest son, Cory, started working for the company. It was at that point they decided to stop building and remodeling homes and focus on just HVAC and Plumbing. The company was then renamed to what it is now known as today “T.L. Wetzel & Sons, Inc”.

For the last 10 years the company has been providing quality services to Hanover and the surrounding areas (within 45 miles) including Adams, York, Franklin, Carroll, and Lancaster Counties. Well known for our services in HVAC and Plumbing the company also provides Duct Cleaning and Water Treatment services.

Our goal is to continue to service the surrounding areas for many years to come and to see the company expand. Family owned and run we stand by our slogan “Quality You Can Trust In”.
