Welcome
For Collin County's working poor, Plano Children's Medical Clinic is more than just a health care provider, it's a lifeline of hope.
Founded by Doctor Allan deVilleneuve and Registered Nurse Carla Bateman in 1991, the clinic and its staff have overcome setbacks, and continue on, thanks to community support, serving more than 100,000 patients since opening.
Recognizing the need to move beyond its original mission, with the help of the community at large, Plano Children's Medical Clinic has become a clearinghouse for donated clothing, shoes, toiletries, books and baby items throughout the year, and for special events like “Christmas Fiesta”.
We offer both daytime and evening clinic hours. Daytime patients are covered by Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program.
But the need is more pronounced at night, when volunteers open their doors to waiting lines 50 to 60 deep with children who have no health insurance.
Your donation to Plano Children's Medical Clinic today will keep our doors open for the children of Collin County, and the healthier tomorrow they deserve.
