About Berg Construction

Berg Construction was started in January 1978 in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Eric Berg, the owner/builder was a journeyman carpenter in California before he moved to Wyoming in 1974. He and his wife, Cathy, have made Wyoming their home for the last 34 years raising two children and doing many building projects throughout the years in Rock Springs and the surrounding area.

Eric works by himself doing such jobs as additions, renovations, decks, kitchens and many, many hardwood floors. He has built houses, but likes doing the smaller jobs since they don't usually entail as much time and subcontractors. He has many different electricians, plumbers, painters and various other subs that work along side him on his remodel jobs.

Window and door installations, bathroom remodels, refinishing of hardwood flooring, installation and finishing of hardwood floor, residential and business jobs are all a part of what Eric does. Once asked why he enjoyed being a carpenter his answer was "I feel proud seeing a project I have done ten or fifteen years down the road still there. I tell myself 'I did that'".

Remodeling ranch houses, sheepherders wagons, fencing, basement remodels, insurance jobs, both business and residential. We can do it!
