Arkansas Chef’s Culinary Classic

The Arkansas Chef’s Culinary Classic is one of the most popular events held in conjunction with the AHA Convention and Trade Show. Chefs from all over the state come to compete in four categories: appetizer, soup/salad, entrée and dessert.

Iron Chef Competition

The Iron Chef Competition takes place on the showroom floor over the two days of the convention and trade show. Chefs race against the clock using mystery items and donated products to wow the judges with their culinary masterpieces.
