A nonprofit, nonpartisan association established in 1900, the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities is dedicated to preserving the autonomy of local governments by serving as an advocate for cities and urban municipalities.
What separates the PLCM from other local government associations is our members. We do not base membership on municipal classification. Rather PLCM members find issues, challenges, and ideas, not being a township, borough, or city, to be the common thread.
