Houser Heating and Air Conditioning was established in 1987 by Gary Houser. Gary has been self-employed in the appliance, heating, and air conditioning business since the 1980s. His decision to start Houser Heating and Air Conditioning began with a few simple motivations:

1. We are in a people business; in order to excel, good relationships must be established over a long period of time with our customers. Stability comes from earning your confidence each and every time we serve your needs. The fly-by-night companies will always come and go, but established customers will always seek and depend on the one they can rely on for honest and professional service. Mr. Houser's advertising phrase says it all… "Specializing in integrity to our customers".

2. Insist on above average workmanship from the employees.

3. Be fair and consistent in pricing.

4. Offer a harmonious workplace for employees without a scheming,
manipulative climate.

5. Repeat and referral business is the most gratifying business, and the number one way to consistently remain stabile over the long run. There are no roads to fast money. A good name is better than silver or gold. The problem most people have is that they want the silver and gold so badly that they are willing to satisfy their good name to get it.
