WHAT IS FAMILY PRACTICE?
Dr. Manning and Dr. Henderson are board certified Family Physicians. This means they have been trained to care for the primary healthcare needs of persons of any age and have completed certification by the American Board of Family Practice.
Dr. Manning attended Emory University Medical School, graduating in 1987. He then pursued residency training in Family Practice at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. This training allows Dr. Manning to evaluate, diagnose, and treat problems in a wide range of fields. Dr. Manning has served the Rockdale and surrounding counties for over 17 years.
Dr. Henderson graduated from Yale University Medical School. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Tuft University in Malden, Massachusetts in 2003. He joined the Bridgewater Staff in 2004 and has been an integral part of the healthcare provided to our community through health fairs and volunteer opportunities.
Brandy Collins, PA-C has now joined our staff to allow faster access to urgent care needs and to give patients a wider choice in preventive care. She is an honor graduate of South University in Savannah Georgia. Ms. Collins enjoys working with children as well as adults.
ABOUT PA's
As part of a physician-directed team, our Physician Assistant (PA) provides
medical care, and dedicates time to answering patients' questions and
educating them on health issues. Ms. Collins is medically trained and
licensed to provide high quality health care, treat illnesses, plan
prevention strategies, and write prescriptions.
OFFICE HOURS/APPOINTMENTS
Our office hours reflect our adaptable approach and the varied responsibilities of the Family Physician. The office is closed for lunch each day from 12-1 PM.
Monday 9am-5pm
Tuesday 9am-5pm
Wednesday 7am-5pm
Thursday 7am-5pm
Friday 8am-5pm
Respecting your time is important to us, so we schedule all types of appointments ahead of time. This enables us to make sure the providers have enough time to address the concerns for which you have asked.
INSURANCE & PAYMENT
We accept most insurance plans and file those claims for you. Patients without insurance are encouraged to speak with our Account Manager to arrange for flexible payments of services that may put a stretch on your budget.
