SnB Steamers Ltd. has been a client of Whitecourt Insurance since February 2005. We are a small oilfield service company. When starting up our business we needed a great insurance company to help us out along the way and I feel that they have gone above and beyond what we could have expected. Even though I have a small fleet, Holly has handled our account with prompt, efficient and courteous manners.
Holly has always been prompt in processing our requests from larger oilfield companies that require special details on the certificate of insurance. Also, she has been very successful in getting us a lower rate when adding new employees to our commercial auto policy.

We have dealt with Whitecourt Insurance since relocating from Calgary to Whitecourt. We first asked a lot of questions and visited two other insurance offices before meeting Margo at Whitecourt Insurance. Margo was an employee at that time and just went out of her way to help us find the best coverage at the best price and was so friendly she just made you feel your business was so important! Over the years we have insured everything with Margo's company and have had nothing but the best service ever. We will be relocating again this year and we will continue to use Whitecourt Insurance for all of our insurance needs. We have also recommended Whitecourt Insurance to all our tenants in the mobile home park we manage and quite a few of them have taken our advice! I moved to Whitecourt about 3 years ago and wasn't used to the private automobile insurance system like they have here in Alberta, so I asked around my place of work to see how to go about getting this insurance. Everyone told me the same thing, "You have to shop around for the best price". So, that is exactly what I did. I went to three different agencies and got quotes for my coverage. Whitecourt Insurance was the lowest price by a relatively significant margin. Besides this, and what surprised me the most, is that not only were they favourably priced, but their service has also been excellent.
