Payment and Insurance

Unless other arrangements have been made, we do ask for payment at each appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Debit and cash.

 

Insurance
For your convenience, we will submit your Insurance Claims electronically and then your Insurance Company will reimburse you within a few days. We do not accept assignment of insurance benefits.

Dealing with Insurance Companies can be tricky and often aggravating. Therefore, if you have any questions please call or stop by our office and speak to one of our Business Administrators. They'll be happy to help you!

We also accept Indian Affairs & Veteran's Affairs Insurance.
