Our Office Policies
As a patient of Marinovich Dental, we value your trust and time. We will always do our best to stay on time for you at each visit. We ask that you call us if you foresee a delay in your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: With our computerized scheduling program, we are able to reserve time for your appointment with Dr. John, Dr. Sue, Stephanie and Alyssa, our hygenists up to one year in advance. This allows you to choose the best time to fit your schedule with work, school, holidays, etc. As a courtesy, if you wish, Kim or Kimberly will call you at your preferred number to confirm your appointment 3-4 days before your appointment. Because we reserve a dental operatory in advance just for you, the proper instrumentation and supplies are set up individually for each procedure. Some procedures are time sensitive to prevent the advancement of tooth decay or periodontal disease. Some appointments are sequenced according to your individual treatment plan. For this reason, it is important that you plan ahead to assure you can make your appointment. If there is a conflict with your appointment time due to shiftwork or travel we ask that you give us 48 hours notice in advance of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. As we are not in the office on Fridays, please contact us no later that Wednesday if you must reschedule a Monday appointment.
Payment Policy: Payment for your dental services is due on the day of service. We accept cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Please feel free to discuss your budget with us. We will always discuss your dental needs and the fees associated with each procedure before you schedule your next appointment. Please ask us to send an electronic predetermination to your insurance company if you are unsure of your coverage for any procedure or your yearly maximum.
