There are many plumbing companies listed in the phone book but there is no other team as efficient. Our company provides outstanding customer satisfaction, from the time the phone is answered till the service is complete. Our staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Our office is staffed until 7pm Monday through Friday and Till 5pm on Saturdays. For evening and Sundays our phones are answered by a qualified service that will direct and dispatch our calls as needed to an on call team.
Each service call taken is reviewed for its urgency. In most situations we have a technician on the job with in 2 hours of the call. In an emergency situation the response time would be less. We offer by the job pricing. Each job will be evaluated and a price given. There are no evening and weekend additional charges. Our inventory of owned equipment is also a way to save our customers money. We can complete the job and avoid additional charges of a sub contractor.
Serv’All Plumbing is not a “band aid” company. Once we arrive we evaluate every aspect of the situation. We will determine the cause of the problem and make the repair. After the repair is made it will be tested before we leave to insure there are no more problems and we back that up with a guarantee. While we are on site, our technician will do a walk through to inspect for any additional problems. A problem repaired early could possibly alleviate future down time.
At your request we would be happy to provide customer references. Our customer base ranges from multi-floor office, new construction strip malls, restaurants, convenient stores, major retail outlets, contracts with local municipalities and in home repair and maintenance. 90% of our business is repeat customers and referrals. We do not have the high cost of the large yellow page ads or TV advertising and that saving is passed on to our customers.
