Employee Health Management
CMS provides pre-employment health screenings and services designed to improve the health and productivity of the workforce. Services include:
* Screening tests—Vision, audiograms, Pulmonary Function Tests, EKG’s, x-ray, and laboratory.
* Physicals—Pre-employment, DOT, annual, regulatory/medical surveillance
* Drug and breath alcohol testing utilizing stringent DOT protocol
* Immunizations
* Educational and Wellness programs, including health fairs, brown bag lunches, safety topics for home and work
Safety Programs
CMS will collaborate with Human Resources and Safety Professionals to develop policies and procedures and provide training in order to promote a safe workplace. We can work with you in evaluating risks and coordination of medical needs with identified hazards. Services provided are:
* Supervisor training for alcohol and drug testing programs* Written programs for blood borne pathogens, hexavalent chromium, lead awareness, etc.
* Site visits for evaluation of hazards
* Coordination with ADA concerns
* Targeted Ergonomic Assessments
* First Responder Education
