About C.J. Ardoin, II DDS
Dr. Ardoin opened his doors to the Sulphur/Carlyss area in April of 1987. At that time, it was a satellite office (an outpost) of his Lake Charles dental office. With only part-time hours and a simple office built out of a secondhand house trailer, Dr. Ardoin brought a true spirit of caring and concern to anyone in need of dental care. His original staff consisted only of himself and his wife, Kim. After spending 10 long years building a practice in an 800 sq. ft. trailer, Dr. & Mrs. Ardoin purchased a beautiful acre of land just a couple blocks north of their original location. In July of 1997, Dr. Ardoin opened the doors of his custom built, 3,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art, new dental office. Built with all the latest dental architectural planning, the new office was designed with the dental patient in mind.
Dr. & Mrs. Ardoin wanted their new office to reflect the practice slogan, "Modern Dentistry with Old-Fashioned Care". The office gives the feeling of "coming home", with its custom stained-glass windows and eclectic, antique furnishings. Even the files are stored in a "hutch-style" bookcase to go along with the homestyle atmosphere.
After practicing in the Carlyss/Sulphur area for 21 years, Dr. Ardoin's office is now considered to be a landmark in the community. He employs a well-trained staff of professional women dedicated to the care and clinical treatment of their patients. 
The office staff includes one full-time Dental Assistant, one full-time Registered Dental Hygienist, along with a part-time Dental Assistant, 2 part-time Front Office Managers, and one part-time Insurance Claim Specialist. Dr. Ardoin and his staff work hard to provide the most professional dental services, while making each patient feel comfortable and relaxed. Family Dentistry is what we do and we treat everyone as if they were part of our family.
