Susie McCall

Susie is the owner/operator of the agency. She has 15+ years experience in the insurance industry. Susie developed her interest in insurance and the servicing of insurance as an employee working in the medical field assisting patients with claims and claim resolutions. From there she moved directly into the corporate environment of a top rated insurance carrier in Jackson, MS. Susie worked with that carrier in the areas of provider services, customer service, and large group service representative.

Cindy Hobgood

Cindy taught school for 20 years and upon retiring wanted to experience working in another field. Upon her relocation back to her hometown Cindy was invited to join Susie in the insurance field as Susie has always felt that education is the key to understanding insurance. Cindy has thoroughly enjoyed her time in the insurance field and gets great satisfaction from servicing our clients with their insurance needs.
