Joe received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Mississippi State University. Joe has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, which ranges from architectural review to construction management.

Joe is involved in all facets of each construction project from client relations, design, cost estimating, construction administration and most importantly, incorporating your requirements into the overall project. Barlow Construction realizes the importance of customer service, while Joe makes sure the owner's best interest is always in mind.

Dolores brings to your team over 25 years of service in the project administration field. She will be the voice you hear, but may not meet. Dolores shares the philosophy that you are the most important part of our business.

Dolores will be responsible for preparing all sub-contract documents, purchase orders and invoices.



Murry Green, General Superintendent
Murry offers you more than 55 years of construction experience. He values every concern and respects your interest in the construction project.

Murry's roll will be to coordinate the many diverse aspects of your project. His personal oversight of job activity affords you the assurance of a job built to your specifications. His knowledge of the overall job schedule, developed with you, will be maintained or exceeded with each opportunity. Every project employee, material supplier and subcontractor answers directly to Murry. This minimizes confusion, and gives you a single source for project status.

Joseph graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He brings over 8 years of experience in the field of commercial construction.

Joseph's role begins with the initial implementation of your ideas, and continues through the completion of your project and into the long term maintenance of your facility. His role as a project manager means he is involved in client relations, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and contract management. His passion is to work to understand the aspirations you have for your project and to transform those ideas into the organized, though dynamic, course of action that will deliver a project that fully meets your expectations, in a workable time frame all while providing good value.

Julie received her Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi. She began her career in public accounting and has worked in various other areas including communications and non-profit organizations.

With nearly 20 years of practice in the accounting field, her knowledge and experience brings a true professional "in-house" to oversee our accounting systems. Julie's responsibilities include all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. Julie also works closely with our independent CPA to provide the necessary information for yearly financial statements and annual tax reporting.



Stan Green, Superintendent
Stan offers you more than 30 years of construction experience, specializing in all phases of rough carpentry and concrete work.

With Stan on your project, he will supervise all field activity as well as all coordination with the architect and the other trades. He will also oversee all labor, materials and equipment mobilization to the site. His group of rough carpenters will be responsible for all framing, concrete forming, drywall construction and acoustical ceiling installation.



Nelson McWilliams, Superintendent
Nelson brings over 40 years of experience to your project. His construction background is based upon the skills developed as a cabinet maker and trim carpenter.

As your Project Superintendent, Nelson will coordinate all material deliveries, construction activities and supervise the construction crew. His group of craftsmen perform all framing, finish carpentry, drywall, and acoustical construction as well as floor finishes and painting.
