Charlie's Tin Shop utilizes a special computer program that calculates heat loads to guarantee that you have the perfect comfort system to fit your home. After the installation of your new system has been completed, we use the load calculation which tells us the required amount of air that is needed in each room to properly balance your system. This alleviates the problem of hot and cold spots in your home and gives you the perfect comfort system.

We have three factory trained service technicians that are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They attend several hours of continuing education to keep them up to date on new equipment and troubleshooting techniques. All service vans are equipped with GPS tracking systems so when a service call comes in, the dispatcher can locate the closest service tech and dispatch them to the call, reducing our response time to the customer.
