Heating and Air Conditioning

Our heating and air conditioning services include both residential and commercial systems. This includes new systems, replacements, repairs, preventive maintenance, ductwork replacement, sheet metal fabrication and gas piping.

We specialize in residential work but are also experienced with churches, offices, retail shops and warehouses. Our systems are designed based on computer calculated heating and cooling loads. We select the size of the equipment, size the ductwork and determine the amount of air flow to each room based on the heating and cooling loads. Selection of the equipment is extremely important. If it is too small, then you will not stay cool. If it is too large, then you can’t reduce the humidity level. Reducing and maintaining the humidity level is the key to cooling comfort.

We have been Carrier dealers for over 25 years or we can install other brands if you have a preference. We install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps and gas pacs. Varieties include standard efficiency, higher efficiencies, 2-speed, variable speed, 2-stage capacity, variable capacity, hybrid heat pumps, programmable thermostats and zoning.

If you need a new system, be careful when you use one of those Contractors that advertise heavily on the radio or television or in the newspaper. Advertising is expensive and the customer is the one who pays for that advertising. Our pricing is typically much cheaper than those high priced Contractors that advertise.

Our service department repairs all brands of equipment. Our technicians are highly skilled and receive training throughout the year. You will pay a fair price for the repair. You will pay for the time required to travel to the job, labor to diagnose and make the repair, parts and materials. We don’t have any hidden fees such as trip charges, refrigerant disposal or diagnostic fees.
