The Hospital is located in Yadkinville North Carolina, and is in the Yadkin Valley on the western part of the North Carolina Piedmont. Hoots Memorial is a 22 bed Critical Access Hospital licensed by the State of North Carolina and accredited by the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
The Hospital was built in 1952, and is owned by the County of Yadkin and managed by HMCCAH Consolidated, Inc. Hoots Memorial is a major employer in its community employing approximately 175 people with an annual payroll of $4,550,000.
