Bryan Nokelby M.D.
Dr. Nokelby completed medical school at Creighton University in 1994. He did his residency in Boise, ID at the Family Practice Residency of Idaho. Completed residency in 1997 and then went on to do a 6 month fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Idaho Sports Medicine Institute. Following training Dr. Nokelby and his wife came to North Platte where he practiced Family Medicine for 8 yrs. Dr. Nokelby opened Twin Rivers Urgent Care in 2006 to better serve the healthcare needs of the people of North Platte and the surrounding area.

Wayne Weston M.D.
Dr. Weston completed his medical training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He practiced Family Medicine in Lexington, NE for 30yrs. He later spent 16 yrs at GPRMC as a staff ER physician. He has brought healing and hope to so many people and continues to use his skills and knowledge to serve people in their medical needs. He received over 20 letters of recommendation while practicing at GPRMC. Dr. Weston joined Twin Rivers in 2007.

Blaine Cornelius PA-C
Blaine grew up south of Grant, NE and attended Chadron State College for under graduate. He received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2005. Blaine practiced Family Medicine prior to joining Twin rivers in March 2007.
