Sales Department
JOHN GERRINGER:
John was hired in July of 1982 as a delivery person. In August 1985, he started training as a service technician. In April 1986 he attended the Maytag Factory Service Training at Newton, IA. In May 1987 he attended Whirlpool's Retail Dealer Management Seminar. In September 1990 he moved to the sales department, helping our customers to pick out the right appliance's and TV's for their needs. In July 1993 he attended the Nation Association Retail Dealers of America's Institute of Business Management. In June 1998, he took over the operations of the business from his Dad and Mom, John and Phyllis Gerringer.
MIKE GERRINGER:
Mike was hired in November of 1984 as a delivery person. In April 1988, he started training as a service technician. In November of 1988, he attended he Maytag Factory Service Training in Benton Harbor, MI. In August 1995 he moved from service to the parts department, ordering parts and submitting warranty claims. In June 1998 he then took over the sales department. All these years of experience give Mike the knowledge for all your questions on any products we sell.
DOUG GRABBITT:
Doug was hired in September of 1985 as a delivery person. In March 1994 he started training as a service technician. In November 1994 he attended the Frigidare Factory Service Training in Philadelphia, PA. In July 2005 he became a full time sales associate giving him in-depth production knowledge to help you pick out the appliances and TVs to best suit your needs.

Parts Department
TERRY GRIMES:
Terry was hired in June 1987 as a delivery person. In September 1994 he started training as a service technician. Terry attended several factory training updates. In June 1998 Terry took over the parts department where he currently orders parts for the service technicians and customers.
CHARMAINE BEAN:
Charmaine was hired in October 2000 as a secretary. In 2003 she attended the OBI Institute for Book Keeping. She currently keeps our books, helps out in the parts department and maintains our warranty filing from the service technician.

Service Department
THOMAS BEAN:
Thomas was hired in October 1994 as a delivery person. In April 1997, Ton started training as a service technician. In April 1998, Tom attended the Whirlpool Factory Service Training. Tom is currently our senior technician.
DAMON LEWIS:
Damon was hired in June 1996 as a delivery person. In August 1998 Damon started training as a service technician. In April 1999, Damon attended the Whirlpool Factory Service Training. In October 2001 he attended the Sub-Zero and Wolf Factory Training. Damon is currently our service technician.
OUR SERVICE TECHNICIANS HAVE FACTORY TRAINING AND GO TO FACTORY UPDATES SEVERAL TIMES A YEAR FOR EACH BRAND WE CARE TO STAY CURRENT ON ALL THE NEW TECHNOLOGY IN APPLIANCES.

VICTOR DICKERSON:
Vic was hired in March of 2004 as a delivery person for Besecker and Coss and since then he has been professionally delivering, hooking up and showing our customers how to run our appliances, TV's and home theater systems.
