We currently have three developments, one in Defiance, Ohio and two in Napoleon, Ohio. Two are active and the third is in the beginning stages of development.

Kettenring Hill Subdivision
We have Kettenring Hill Subdivision in Defiance, Ohio just off of state Route 281 and County Road 424 along the scenic Maumee River. It was developed for single and multi family home as well as condominiums.

River Crossing Condominiums
We have River Crossing Condominiums in Defiance, Ohio this is located just off of State Route 281 and County Road 424 along the scenic Maumee River in Kettenring Hills Subdivision. It was developed as a condominium living area when we started it back in 2002. It is down to the final street before it is completed. We had a total of 42 units available and we only have 12 units left. River Crossing Condominiums has a maintenance free style of living to give you more free time to enjoy yourself and the things you really like to do.

It is in the final stages of completion, we had a total of 28 units available and now we are down to the final one, so don’t wait too long before this one is gone.
