Milo Sligar, Member and Sr. Project Manager, is qualified by over 26 years of experience as an employee and as a business owner.
Sligar Construction LLC has been built from the ground up. In the beginning, Sligar Construction consisted of Milo and one bulldozer. Only through Milo’s excellent reputation for constructing a quality project on schedule and within budget has Sligar Construction LLC grown.
Milo applies his knowledge and skills from past experience to find workable solutions to project challenges that are acceptable to all parties. Milo is an experienced construction manager who is familiar with public works construction projects, construction practices, and private industry.

Management services
In addition to performing as a general contractor, Sligar Construction LLC also provides construction management services, not limited to the following tasks:
1.Estimating / Job Specific Costing
•Preparation of independent quantity take-offs and cost estimates for specific projects, alternate designs, and change orders
•Provide cost at completion forecast
2.Scheduling
•Prepare project specific schedules during the conceptual and detailed design phases
•Analyze and evaluate initial and interval construction schedules
3.Claims Analysis
•Provide independent detailed estimate of cost of construction claims
•Evaluate impact of delay or changes upon project schedule; issue report of findings
4.Constructability Reviews
•Provide independent check of plans, specifications, and estimates
5.Value Engineering / Review of Conceptual Design
•Participate on value engineering teams as a construction member or cost estimator
•Provide cost estimates of alternative designs
