Home Design & Floor Plans
What do we mean when we say that we are a design/build company? It tells you that we are a company that will look at your project and design and draw up floor plans for you that will not only fit correctly into what you want to do, but will also be designed with you in mind. Plus, we eliminate a lot of the hassles and the running you encounter by using a separate firm to design and draw your plans and then having to bring them to a builder to go over the plans and come up with an estimate. We do it all for you. By working with us on your plans we can help you to design a home, an addition, or remodeling project around your needs and budget.
Once we have the detailed plans that are needed, we can get all the numbers together and give you a firm commitment on the cost of your project. By doing all of this with our company we can cut down on any unnecessary time spent.
