Meet The Owner
Ressler Construction's owner, Jim Ressler, has been living in Wasilla Alaska since 1978 and has been a general contractor in the Matanuska Valley since 1984. Ressler Construction is licensed and bonded in the state of Alaska and only uses licensed and bonded subcontractors on his projects.
Ressler Construction has found a niche building log homes in the Matanuska Valley using Superior Log Products. Superior Log Products uses Alaskan beetle killed spruce logs, full turned with saddle corners and Swedish cope. The logs are milled right here in the Matanuska Valley.
Jim Ressler has been a volunteer in the local community for 22 years coaching baseball and basketball. He has coached little league for 20 years and served six years as head coach of the Wasilla High School baseball program. He was also a volunteer on the Wasilla parks and recreation commission at its inception.
