Office Policies

New Patients

New patients are always welcome to our office. Our new patient policy is that all patients bring in their dental plan information to our office before their appointed time. We will bill to the plan directly as a courtesy to the patient with patient portion due at time of appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Patients must give 48 hours notice for any cancellation. A $75 cancellation fee is charged if proper notice is not given.

Dental Insurance

At Young Street Dental, we care about your oral health. As a service to our patients, we accept dental plans and we will bill directly to them for the services provided. The patient is responsible for any balance that is due and is payable the day treatment is rendered. We accept visa, mastercard, american express and debit. It is very important to know that dental insurance plans are contracts between the patients, employer, and the providing insurance company. Because we are third party, we are unable to acquire the information from the dental companies. It is the patients responsibility to provide us with all the information - percentages, limits, benefit year, deductibles, etc. Insurance companies will not inform us of any changes to your policy. We encourage all patients to talk to their insurance company.
