As a Medicare Certified, Medicaid Approved skilled Nursing Center, Jefferson City offers 24-hour nursing care provided by licensed, certified, and long-tenured staff.

Rehabilitation Services . . .

At Jefferson City, we recognize that maintaining independence is very important to our Residents in their daily lives. Our professional therapists are skilled in providing physical and occupational therapies following hip or knee replacements, strokes, or other medical requirements. Our speech/language pathologist is trained to address both communication, and cognitive requirements.

Activities . . .

Fun and social times are an important part of family-life-and so it is at Jefferson City! We offer our Residents a variety of entertainment, crafts, outings, social visits, and personal fun as well as interaction with staff and families. Our Activity Director designs programs not only for enjoyment, but also for enrichment of mind and body. Stop by and have lunch with us. You'll enjoy good food and a social time.

Clinical Dieticians . . .

Our Clinical Dieticians are involved in every step of our meal planning process. Nutritious and appetizing meals exceed all daily nutritional requirements and we are happy to satisfy personal or physician prescribed requests.

At Jefferson City, we host weekly and monthly religious services based upon the Resident's denomination.
