This was a major renovation of an early 80's 2 story colonial style home. We helped complete the design and engineering required to raise the garage roof and add a new master bath and closet. This also allowed for and extension of the dining room and allowed for the laundry room to move from the garage to the 2nd floor location of the old master bath.
