Eastern Legacy Builders has been in business since 2005. Jonathan and Vickie Leake are partners in all of life; this includes their building business. Jonathan has many years of experience in the construction industry where he started working at the age of 14. He has since graduated from East Carolina University where he earned a BS degree in Construction Management. He continues to use his education and experience to build a quality project that endures the test of time.
Vickie, by trade, was a cosmetologist and now uses her skills of color to help clients select finishes and colors that always please the eye.
We are celebrating our 5th year as a semi custom to custom building and remodeling company. Our goal is to build so that our customers will be happy as long as they live in their home. Our focus is on craftsmanship, unique design and translating our clients’ dreams into reality. We build a limited number of homes each year in order to maintain our standards of quality.
On each project we assemble our team of craftsmen, designers and contractors to create a unique home that surpasses client expectations time after time. Jonathan’s years of experience have given us a unique ability to work in a variety of building styles and bring projects in on budget and on time. High-quality construction, attention to detail and unique finishes are the standards placed in our homes.
