Our History
When considering a new dentist for yourself and your family, a good factor to consider is the history or experience any given dentist has to their name. The more experience a dentist has, the more confidence you're likely to have in their practice. This is why Dr. Thomas McGowan is chosen by many families to be their primary orthodontist. Young and old alike have enjoyed Dr.McGowan's professionalism and caring nature towards his patients over the years.
Dr.McGowan grew up in Wisconsin and studied here in this state to obtain his undergraduate degree and his medical orthodontic training. He opened his own practice and has been serving the community for over forty years. He has served the dental needs of children and adults by providing the orthodontic procedures to help correct oral abnormalities and heal serious oral injuries. He has served his colleagues by his diplomatic seating on The American Board of Orthodontists. He has served the up and coming students of orthodontic medicine as a clinical professor at Marquette University, a position he has held for over thirty years and he has served the orthodontists in training and in practice at Children's Hospital, Milwaukee as attending orthodontist.
Dr. Thomas McGowan can probably smile to himself when he thinks how many people he's helped and influenced over the years. His patients are certainly appreciative, considering how many of them got their smiles back.
