Our office accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, Debit, cheque or cash. Fees are due and payable at the time of treatment. On occasion, special arrangements may be made in consultation with the doctor.
•Re-scheduling An Appointment
If it is necessary for you to re-schedule an appointment, please be advised that we require two working days to do so.
•First Appointment
Your oral health is often a reflection of your general health, and as a new patient, you will receive a complete examination of your teeth, supporting structures and tissues, as well as an oral and head and neck cancer screening.
If you are presenting at our office for your first appointment, please arrange to arrive one half hour prior to your appointment time so that you can complete our get-acquainted dental and medical questionnaires.
