What are your office hours?

September 1st to June 30th
Monday to Thursday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Fridays from 8:00p.m. to 3:00p.m.
Every second Tuesday Dr. Stevens and the hygiene department work extended hours until 7:30 p.m.

July 1st to August 31st
Monday to Thursday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Fridays from 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.
No extended evenings

Do you give free consultations?

The only consultation that is provided free of charge at this time is for Invisalign braces. All other consultations whether they be for dentures, implants, crown & bridge, standard orthodontics, etc cost between $30 - $100 depending on the length of time the dentist needs to examine you, check your x-rays, discuss your options, and devise a treatment plan.

How do I pay for my dental work?

An investment in our teeth is an investment in your long-term health. We try to keep the cost of this investment to within your budget while still providing excellent care quality.
Payment is to be rendered at the time of service. We currently accept payment in the form of cash, cheque, debit card, MasterCard and Visa.

If you have a dental plan please keep in mind that a request for dental treatment is a contract between you and the dentist not the dentist and your insurance company. Some plans will only remit payment for dental treatment to the plan holder. If yours is such a plan then you will be responsible for paying for treatment at the time of service. We will happily assist you in submitting a claim to your insurance via Electronic Data Interchange that will result in much faster receipt of payment to you from the insurance company sometimes in a matter of days. Some plans will pay directly to the dentist but cover only a portion of the cost of treatment. In this case you will be responsible for paying your difference at the time service is rendered.

There are a number of dental care companies who can provide you with financing. We have brochures available in our waiting room from companies we have dealt with in the past and found to be acceptable. We are not affiliated with any of these companies in any way nor do we guarantee satisfaction.
